The Invisible Maestro: AI in the Customer Journey’ was one of the key themes of the 24th Marketeer Conference, held at Sagres Campo Pequeno in Lisbon, under the overarching theme ‘The Future of Marketing and the Marketing of the Future’.

Francisco Pinto, co-founder of WYnova, and Tiago Janela, Business Director for the U.S. and partner at Bliss Applications, were the speakers for this presentation. The event brought together leading voices from the fields of marketing and branding to discuss the topics currently shaping the industry.

The co-founder of WYnova opened the session by emphasizing that the real question is no longer whether to adopt AI, but how to implement it effectively.

Using a fictional example of a mother turning to Google in search of better sleep solutions, he illustrated how AI can personalize the consumer experience and build an emotional connection with the brand. Tiago Janela, in turn, highlighted WYnova’s work in preparing companies for the future, stressing the importance of setting priorities and adopting a strategic approach to automation.
