The purpose of WYgroup’s corporate governance is to promote effective, entrepreneurial, and wise management that can convey long-term success and be consistent with our shareholders’ best interests and the requirements of the law.

WYgroup’s Board is composed of a senior management team, that assembles periodically to supervise the operational and financial performance and procedures, in the discharge of its oversight responsibilities.
